Duncan McFarland

Mr. McFarland is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wellington Management Company, a privately-owned global investment management firm. Mr. McFarland also currently serves as a trustee of The Bromley Charitable Trust and RARE, Inc., a global environmental organization, and is a director of New Profit, Inc., a non-government organization that primarily serves inner-city constituencies. He and his wife Ellen live outside of Boston.
